Anna Samson is a British-born actress[1] who played Mia Anderson from February 2021 to April 2022.
Biography[]
Anna was born in the UK but spent much of her childhood in Nigeria. Her family moved to Australia when she was a teenager. When she was in her late teens, she moved to Melbourne to study at the Victorian College of the Arts. She had guest roles in Offspring, The Doctor Blake Mysteries, Hunters, Jack Irish and even a remake of Stephen King's Children of the Corn. She won the Special Jury Prize for Best Actress at the 2018 Oz Flicks Awards for her role in What If It Works.
Since leaving Home and Away, Anna has begun to branch out into directing. She has already directed one short film and has another in the pipeline [2]
