Blair McDonough
Blair McDonough (born April 30, 1981 in Sydney) [1]played Alan Ellis in April 2017. He is best known for playing Stuart Parker in Neighbours[2].
Bio[]
Blair was born on 30th April 1981 in Sydney but grew up in Singapore. He and his family moved back to Australia when he was in his mid-teens and they settled in Melbourne. Although Blair and his brothers formed the band Fifth Avenue, he became better known through reality TV. In 2000 he competed in the first season of Big Brother Australia and came second. In 2001 he was cast as Stuart Parker in Neighbours. He left Ramsay Street in 2006 and moved to the UK. There, he appeared in the play The Vegemite Tales on the West End. He also showed up in 4 episodes of Heartbeat. Back in Australia he appeared in City Homicide and Sea Patrol, before appearing in the first two seasons of Winners & Losers. In 2017 he was cast as Alan Ellis in Home and Away and appeared in 6 episodes.
In 2020 he appeared in 3 episodes of Mystery Road. He also returned to Ramsay Street to appear in the final (not) episode of Neighbours, broadcast in July 2022. Apart from acting, Blair has also shown up on reality TV in the UK and Australia. In the UK he worked on The Match, Safari School and Deadline.
