Claudia Buttazzoni (born October 29, 1978 in Melbourne, Australia) [1]played the ill-fated Laura Bonnetti in 1995. She returned in 1997 as Jenna Evans.
Pre H&A Career[]
When Claudia was just 13, she went along to a friend's "Bring a friend to Drama Class" day. As luck would have it, the casting agent for children's TV show "Ocean Girl" was there, hoping to find new actors to cast. She played the role of Kimberley in the 2nd season, appearing in 13 episodes. After this, she popped up in an episode of Neighbours as Manuela De Ferreira.
H&A 1995[]
In 1995, Claudia played thrill-seeking Italian exchange student Laura Bonetti. As well as leading the mild-mannered Curtis Reed astray for a while, Laura added herself to the ever-growing list of Home and Away deaths. Dashing in front of a speeding train for kicks and giggles isn't very smart, boys and girls.
H&A 1997[]
Unexpectedly, Claudia returned to Home and Away in 1997 as part of Curtis Reed's exit storyline. Her character - Jenna Evans - bore an uncanny resemblance to Laura and it was acknowledged on the show. She was on the run from her abusive husband but inevitably, she sailed into the sunset with Curtis.

Claudia had guest roles in Good Guys Bad Guys, Blue Heelers, Something In The Air, Stingers and the movie Without Warrant. Although she concentrated on theatre in the years after this, she appears to have quit acting as a full-time job. She now works in business [2]
