Debra Stewart is the younger sister of Alf Stewart and his other siblings Colleen Smart, Morag Bellingham, Celia Stewart and Barbara Fisher. She has never been definitively seen in the show.

Debra was mentioned in the original press material as being the youngest of the Stewart siblings. However she was only mentioned once by Celia in an early episode and was never brought up again. Later episodes established that Alf only had three sisters.
During a flashback in 2010, a girl dressed as a Red Indian was seen sitting with Morag and Celia at Alf's 5th birthday. It has been speculated that this could have been Debra.
