==The Ultimate Home And Away Wiki On The Ultimate Aussie Soap Opera==

This show set in [[Summer Bay]] has been airing since [[Episode 0 (Episode Pilot) (17 January 1988)|17 January 1988]] and as of January 2018, has made over 6800 episodes. It is the second longest running Australian soap opera after [[Neighbours]] and its biggest rival. Home And Away is the most successful soap opera in its home country and has also captured audiences worldwide. It has always been one of the most exotic looking and modern Aussie soaps around, with its sun kissed teens and the occasional natural disaster, Home And Away has captured TV audiences for 33 years.

In early 1985, [[Alan Bateman]], a drama executive for Channel 7, had the idea for a new show about fostering called "''Home And Away''". 2 years later in 1987, Channel 7 needed a new show to replace Neighbours and Sons And Daughters. Bateman chose the almost fully developed in house project of Home And Away and the pilot was soon filmed followed by a regular series, and the rest is history.

My H&A wiki is aimed at being a concise encyclopedia on the show with character profiles and episode by episode pages from 1988 to date. I have now added stub articles of every episode ever made from 1988 to date..

From [[Bobby Marshall|Bobby Simpson]] to [[Darryl Braxton]], this wiki has lots and lots of info on the characters past and present.

Also I have added a page for Home And Away year by year and also years in general when events occurred before the serial began, such as "1945, Donald Fisher and Alf Stewart are born" and any other oral mentions of events in the Home And Away pre history.

I also like to promote this wiki on Facebook to attract more visitors.
