Shayne Francis played Sharon Welles in 1999. Sharon was the estranged mother of Aaron and Justine Welles. Shayne also appeared on Home and Away under her maiden name 'Shayne Foote' in 1990 and 1993 respectively.

Shayne made her TV debut as a policewoman in an episode of Heartbreak High. As well as appearing as Sharon Welles on Home and Away, she has had guest roles in Water Rats, Blue Heelers, All Saints, Rush, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, Reef Break and Neighbours[1]. She also works as a corporate facilitator [2]
