Tamara Simpson was the daughter of David Croft and Sophie Simpson. She was played by Emily and Chloe Hutton in 1992 and 1993, and by Sophie Luck in 2003.

Backstory[]
Tamara was conceived during a brief relationship between Sophie Simpson and David Croft. Because of the large age gap between them (Sophie was 16, David 26), their getting together met with lots of opposition. David was killed in a car shortly after Tamara was conceived so he never knew he was to become a father.
1992-1993[]
Sophie went into labour unexpectedly early and so, didn't have Pippa by her side in the hospital. Instead, she had Michael and Marilyn to help (or hinder!) her. Although Sophie continued to live with her foster parents who helped her out, she became overwhelmed by the burden of being a single mother. She decided to have David's mother Mary adopt Tamara. At the last minute, that plan was tweaked. Sophie and Tamara moved to Perth to live with Mary.
2003[]
Tamara was raised in Perth. In 2003 she came to Summer Bay with her mother. By now she was attending High School.
