Tom's smile was soon to vanish from his face
Tom Fletcher's boss was seen briefly in the pilot episode. He broke the bad news to Tom that his department was being closed down and that he was being retrenched. This set in motion the circumstances that led to the Fletchers moving to Summer Bay.
He was played by John Douglas.
